Brett Favre Really Retiring This Time



Longtime Quarterback sensation Brett Favre is finally throwing in the towel.   A person in the loop with Brett Favre’s situation told the Associated Press that Favre is retiring and will not be returning to the  Vikings.

“The person who spoke to the AP says Favre called coach Brad Childress to say his injured left ankle is not responding as well to surgery and rehabilitation as he had hoped. The person spoke Tuesday on condition of anonymity because the team had not made an official announcement.”
